"Hey people---We give milk to make cheese!"
Good Cooking really likes the following cheeses---
Black Castello
recently won a gold medal at the World Cheese Awards 2007 in London. Black Castello is made from both cow's milk and sheep's milk from
Denmark, with special ripening cultures from Southern Europe.
Black Diamond Cheddar is a Canadian cheese made sine 1933. It is Canada's most
well-known cheddar. Made from unpasteurized cow's milk, this white cheddar
encased in black wax is aged a minimum of two years and has a sharp, robust,
tangy flavor.
