Here is an answer to the proper spelling of ----- from Don Davis!

In response to the question regarding correct spelling of the word "chili".... Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary states there are three correct spellings of the word. They are "chile", "chilli", or "chili". I would add one more spelling which I frequently see which is the word "chiley". The plural of the first three spellings, respectively, are "chiles", "chillies", and "chilies".
