Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded 
3 Tbsp. (30 ml) fresh lime juice 
1 cup (250 grams) sugar or 1 can condensed milk
2 cups (500 ml) whipping cream 
Preparation:

Blend the avocados, lime juice, and sugar in an electric blender or food  processor. Combine the avocado mixture with the cream in a mixing bowl. Place in a shallow container in the freezer until almost set. Scrape into a mixing bowl and beat at low speed with an electric mixer. Return to the freezer until set. Alternately, freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.
