My mom used to make these for me every
morning! It was a real treat to have a smoothy for breakfast
when everybody else was have some kind of mushy thing. |

time: about 1 - 3 minutes |

| Serves: 1
(depending on how thick or runny you want it) |

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
1 or 2 peeled frozen banana's (fresh are fine but frozen work
better)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 or 1.5 cups of milk (any kind of milk is fine.)
1/2 cups of mixed frozen fruit (optional)
one beaten egg (optional)

| Preparation:
Cut banana's and fruit until in bite size
pieces
Pour half of the milk, vanilla and fruit into a blender.
Mix in blender for about 45 seconds (until smooth)
Add rest of milk and egg.
Keep Blending until desired thickness.
You can add or take out any ingredients when you want. Play it
by ear until you get the taste and thickness you want.
