Banana Smoothie

Description: Creamy, thick, refreshing drink

History: My mom made this drink for me after school and for desserts. It is very healthy and you can change or add ingredients if you want to.

Serving Size: 2 to 4 medium to large glasses 

Preparation time: about 10 minutes 

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

2 or 3 frozen bananas cut into thin slices

2 1/2 cups of milk or you can use soymilk 

1 or 2 eggs. (optional) 

1 tsp. of vanilla extract (optional) 

pour in some chocolate or caramel sauce

Preparation:

Chop up the bananas put them into the blender, add the milk and blend for about 1 minute---until smooth. Add eggs and optional ingredients; blend until smooth or to the desired thickness
