4 chicken breasts
3 bunches broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
grated cheese
Preparation:
Cook chicken, cook broccoli. Cut chicken and put in the bottom
of casserole dish. Spread 1/3 can of cream of celery soup and 1/2 of mayonnaise
on the chicken, put broccoli cut in pieces on top.
Mix the rest of the soup and mayonnaise with the broccoli. Sprinkle the grated
cheese on the top of everything. Cook in the oven at 375 degrees F. for 10-15
minutes or until done.
A note from Good Cooking---This recipe didn't say if the chicken was cooked or raw or if the broccoli was pre-cooked. In restaurant terminology a bunch contains 3-4 good size stalks of broccoli, use an amount that you like if 3 bunches seems like too much. Good Cooking recommends that if you use raw chicken that you increase the cooking time to about 50 minutes and cover the pan with foil so it doesn't scorch..
