Preparation:
Cut the chicken into thin (not too thin) strips.
Put 1 cup of soy sauce + the vinegar + the mustard + hot pepper +
curry + barbecue sauce together with the chicken and leave for 15 minutes.
Cut onions and green pepper into thin strips. Put vegetable oil in a pan (large one). Heat, then add onion and green pepper. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes then remove from pan.
Put chicken with its sauce in pan, then fry with mushrooms (thinly sliced) until
chicken is well done. Add 1/2 cup soy sauce and
stir for 1 minute and turn off the fire.
Preparation of the fajitas is now done.
Now to make the sandwich:
Cut the sandwich pita in half, first put in the mayonnaise, then
cheese, then corn followed by the cooked chicken.
Add pickles and lettuce (sliced) and put in microwave for 45 to 55 seconds on full power (depending on
your microwave's wattage)
Serve with nachos, French fries or potato chips. Bon appetit.
