Recipe name: French Onion Scrolls

History: I learned to make these in high school and the have been a hit at all party's I've made them for!

Serves: 50
Amount/Measure/Ingredient

4 sheets of puff pastry
250g block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Packet of French Onion Soup Mix
Grated Cheese

Preparation:

Beat softened cream cheese until it is soft (about 5 minutes)
Add in the soup mix and beat for another few minutes
Spread the mix over the sheets of pastry (Do not make it to thick)
Roll the puff pastry into a roll
Cut into 2cm thick slices
Lay on a greased backing tray cover with grated cheese
Bake in a 200° C or 390° F oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the pastry has gone a nice brown
