Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
1 Kg of ripe tomatoes (2.2 lbs)
1/2 Spanish onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 cucumber
A clove of garlic
3 Tsp. of olive oil
1 Tsp. of wine vinegar
the juice of half lemon
salt, pepper.

| Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Add some water if necessary.
Place into the fridge.
