| History: I was due for a cooking lesson in year 10 (1996) when realized I forgot my ingredients! Class mates helped me out by giving me some of their food! One friend went so far as to grab a soup mix from the school pantry! |

| Description: Sausages and Sauce with Vegetables |

| Preparation
time: about ½ to 1 hour |

| Serves: for 2-3 |

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
10 BBQ sausages (thin),
2-3 potatoes peeled and chopped (bite size),
1 piece of pumpkin (approximately equal amount to potatoes),
1 cup pea's (I use dried peas),
2 packets of pea and ham soup.
Good Cooking Note* Thin BBQ sausages are pork sausages the
diameter of a penny and usually cooked on a wooden skewer.

| Preparation:
* chop vegetables and 1/2 boil (boil peas)
* chop sausages in three's (approximately size of Cheerios)
* cook sausages
* make up pea and ham soup
* add soup and vegetables to sausages
* and serve in bowls (with buttered is nice)
