| History: I came upon this meal by accident. I had nothing to cook so I threw stuff together. I am not sure if it is all ready in a cook book but I have never seen it in one. But my family loves it and I have to cook it almost one a week. It almost has a kind of Asian taste to it. |

| Serves: It can serve up to 6 or 7 |

| Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
(the chicken is according to the size of your family)
6 chicken breast (size does not matter) Cut into small slices
2 green bell pepper, washed and chopped
1 red bell pepper, washed and chopped
1/2 white onion, washed and chopped
Fresh garlic, washed and chopped (the amount you use is up to your taste)
salt and pepper to your taste

| Preparation:
After you cut the chicken up, salt and pepper it to your taste. Then grill it. Then heat up a frying pan (a large one) and melt butter into the pan. Then after the butter is melted lower the heat and add the peppers, onions, and garlic to the pan. Sautee the ingredients. After the ingredients are sautéed, add the chicken to the mixture. let that cook together for about 10-15 minutes. Then if you like serve with
rice (white) and if you like it, add soy sauce. Then enjoy.
