Recipe name: A Tangy Smoked Mackerel Mousse

Description: Smooth smoked mackerel mousse with a tangy sensations!
Preparation time: about 10-20 minutes
Serves: for 4 servings
Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

3 smoked mackerel fillets, skinned
¾ cups of tomatoes peeled, deseeded and diced
1 ½ tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 
3 tbsp. low fat cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor, chill and serve.
