Recipe name: Blueberry Crunch, Delicious Dessert in the Summertime!

Serving size: 12-14

Recipe note: I got this recipe from my grandmother who originally made it with cherries.

Preparation time: 40 minutes.

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

1 box of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1-16 ounce can of crushed pineapples
1 stick of margarine melted
1 1/2 cups of pecans
1-16 ounce bag of frozen blueberries
1 13x9-baking pan

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pour un-drained pineapples into the baking pan.
Top with the blueberries.
Sprinkle the fruit with dry cake mix.
Sprinkle pecans over the cake mix.
Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
