Recipe name: Joy's Easy Lemon Bars, Perfect Lemon Taste for Summer

Serving size: 16-20 bars

Recipe note: I derived this recipe from one that was similar, from my Aunt Rose.

Preparation time: Approximately 25 minutes

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

1 box of Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup margarine
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 13x9-baking pan.
Mix all in ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat with mixer until creamy.
Spread in pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cut into bars.
