Serving size: one 9 inch pie, 8 slices

Recipe note: This is a recipe that my mother in law got from her neighbor I had never heard of a peanut butter pie before but she was 92 years old and she loved this pie.

Preparation time: 15 Minutes

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

1-9 inch gram cracker pie crust
1 package, 8 ounces, cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation:

Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream.
Gently spoon into crust.
Refrigerate about 45 minutes or longer before serving.
