Recipe name: Sausage and Pumpkin Curry, Sausages with Pumpkin Soup and Vegetables

Recipe note: Just a few things we had that night and added them together and came up with this recipe.

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

1 kg of pork sausages (thin pork)
1 onion sliced
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of peas
1/2 cup capsicum
1 * 420g can creamed pumpkin soup add the 1 can of milk to make the soup
2 1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)

Preparation:

Half cook the 1 kg of sausages put them aside.
Make up your soup.
Cut up your vegetables add them to a large pan with the crushed garlic and add the soup, simmer for 10 min.
Add curry powder along with sausages and cook for a further 15 min.
If the mixture is still like liquid you can add flour to thicken it up and then serve.
