Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

1 or 2 Cake Swisse Roll
8 pieces of Kiri Cheese
1 dream whip
1 liquid cream
1 pineapple Jell-O + 1 hot water and + 1 cold water

for topping:

1 can of blueberries

Preparation:

Cut the Swisse role cake slices and put in a pyrex plate.
Mix Kiri cheese + dream whip + liquid cream + Jell-O all together.
Put the all mixture on the top of the Swisse role cake.
Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator to be cold for at least half an hour.
Than at the end take cheesecake out and put the topping blueberry and return it back to the refrigerator to be cold until you serve.

Note: Kiri is a soft, white, creamy cheese that children fall in love with in their infancy made in France buy the Bel Group. Kiri is quite similar to Laughing Cow brand cheese, which is also made by Bel.
