| History:
I came up with the recipe when I wanted
hash browns and sausages at the same time. You can use French fries and hot dogs
instead if you like |

| Preparation
time: 30 seconds preparation for ready
made frozen hash browns or 10 minutes for real potatoes. Then 5 minutes
and 15 minutes respectively, for the cooking times. |

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
1 pack of hash browns or 8 medium potatoes
2 long pieces of sausages, brown and serve

| Preparation:
Pre-heat a large frying pan. Add a teaspoon
oil then add the sausage and brown for 1-2 minutes, remove and
keep warm on a plate. Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown
color, about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Cut the sausages into 1 inch chunks and mix it together with the hash browns.
For real potatoes, peel the potatoes and then cut each of the potatoes French fry like.
Fry for 15 minutes with 2 tbsp. oil.
