Recipe name: Hash Sausage
Recipe by: Tiffany V. Ventura, California
History: I came up with the recipe when I wanted hash browns and sausages at the same time. You can use French fries and hot dogs instead if you like
Description: Hash Browns with Sausage
Preparation time: 30 seconds preparation for ready made frozen hash browns or 10 minutes for real potatoes. Then 5 minutes and 15 minutes respectively, for the cooking times.
Serves: 8 servings
Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

1 pack of hash browns or 8 medium potatoes
2 long pieces of sausages, brown and serve

Preparation:

Pre-heat a large frying pan. Add a teaspoon oil then add the sausage and brown for 1-2 minutes, remove and keep warm on a plate.  Add the potatoes and fry until golden brown color, about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.

Cut the sausages into 1 inch chunks and mix it together with the hash browns.

For real potatoes, peel the potatoes and then cut each of the potatoes French fry like.
Fry for 15 minutes with 2 tbsp. oil.
