Honey-Barbecued Ribs

Preparation time: about a little over one hour

Amount/Measure/Ingredient

3 lbs. country-style pork ribs 

1 tsp. salt 

1/2 tsp. pepper 

1 clove garlic, minced 

1 cup ketchup 

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 

1/2 cup honey 

1/4 cup spicy brown mustard 

2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 

1-1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke

 
Preparation:

Sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs in large kettle or stock pot. Add enough water to cover, bring to boil. Simmer, covered for 1 hour, or until tender. Mix together remaining ingredients. When ribs are done, remove and drain. Place ribs on hot grill, baste with sauce. Turn occasionally and baste until done.
