| Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
3 pork chops
1 small can of tomato sauce
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled
5 or 6 carrots, peeled
1/2 - 3/4 C water

| Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place pork
chops in Dutch oven in separate container, empty tomato sauce,
add spices to tomato sauce, stir until blended, pour tomato
sauce over pork chops and pour water in. Add potatoes and carrots,
cover and cook for 1-1/2 hours for thicker pork chops
--- cook for 1
hour for thin ones.
