| Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
1 kilo pork
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
10 quail eggs

| Preparation:
Combine the first 7 ingredients, then bring to
a boil until the meat is tender. then set aside. Boil the quail
eggs then set aside. Heat the oil and sauté' the garlic &
onion then add the pork. Let it simmer for 20 minutes or until
the sauce thickens. Then add the quail eggs and simmer for
another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
