Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
150g cooked rice
2 peppers (sliced)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. black pepper
3 eggs
oil to fry peppers

| Preparation:
Heat up a pot to medium heat, add oil put in the peppers and fry them for 5 minutes. Add the rice and stir, then put in the rest off the
ingredients. Cook for 10 minutes stirring several times.
Serve with a green salad and some wine.
