| Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
8 med. potatoes
4 tbsp. butter, melted and divided
Seasoned salt or salad seasoning
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

| Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Peel potatoes
and slice down through each at 1/8 inch intervals, but do not
slice completely through. (I use a large serving spoon to
slice the potato on.) Pat potatoes dry. Generously butter a
baking dish and place potatoes in it cut side up. Baste
potatoes with 2 tablespoons butter (melted). Sprinkle with
seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes. Baste with remaining butter
and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake another 15 minutes or
until done. I don't always peel the potatoes.
