| Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced in strips
1 onion sliced
2 red chillies (seeds removed if too hot) sliced
3 spoons soy sauce
3 spoons oyster sauce
1 small broccoli floret chopped fine
5 green beans sliced very thinly
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 cup water
5 teaspoons oil
Salt to taste

| Preparation:
Heat oil, add chicken, cook covered for 5 minutes. Add onions, chillie, broccoli, beans, fry for 2 minutes then cook covered for 10 minutes. Mix flour & water, then add this with the soy and oyster sauce to pan. Stir lightly. Remove from heat. Serve on hot steaming jasmine rice.
