Culinary Schools

 

There are many schools where you can learn management, cooking and other related skills of the hospitality industry.  Major universities like Boston University, Cornell or the University of Michigan offer extensive hotel and motel management degrees.  The Culinary Institute of America and Johnston & Wales are professional trade schools that offer associate degrees as well as bachelor's degrees in management.  Don't forget local community colleges, they often have very good programs that may specialize in specific areas such as institutional food service or baking.
