12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/4 pound butter
2 cups chopped walnuts
3 cups miniature colored marshmallows
Melt chocolates and butter together. Stir in walnuts and marshmallows. Pack into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap. Chill in freezer or refrigerator until firm. Slice and cut into quarters for windows. Or shape into logs and wrap in plastic wrap to chill, then slice.
Use white marshmallows instead of colored marshmallows. Cut into squares for Rocky Road.
