1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup potato sticks
1 cup salted peanuts
In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, heat chips on HIGH for 2 minutes or until melted, stirring once. Stir in potato sticks and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonsful onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Chill until set, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight containers.
Yield: about 3 1/2 dozen (1 per serving)
NOTE: microwave oven times may vary. Chips may be melted in a double boiler instead of a microwave.
