1 pound cocoa (4 cups)
2 pounds granulated sugar (4 cups)
6 pounds dry milk (15 cups)
1 teaspoon salt
Sift cocoa, if necessary. Mix with sugar, dry milk and salt. Package in large plastic bags and measure out what you need when you're ready to make cocoa. Or package in smaller plastic bags for fewer servings.
To make 20 servings, mix 4 cups of mix with 1 gallon warm water. Heat until right temperature to serve, but do not boil.
To make 5 servings, mix 1 cup of mix with 4 cups of warm water. Heat until right temperature to serve, but do not boil.
