1 (13-inch) uncooked dough crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Extra-virgin olive oil
Thin pepperoni slices
Top dough crust with sauce and cheese. Drizzle with oil. Bake in preheated 500 degree F oven on pizza stone for 8 to10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven, add pepperoni slices and cool on a wire rack for 2 or 3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.
