Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Spread

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons oil from the sun-dried tomato jar
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
Process all ingredients on "pulse" in food processor or blender for 7-8 seconds (or to consistency you want). Cover and refrigerate. Spread on crackers.
Makes 1 cup, enough for 2 sleeves of crackers.
