SWEET MILK COTTAGE CHEESE

    Sweet Milk Cottage Cheese

    2 quarts milk
    2 rennet tablets
    2 tablespoons cold water

    Heat milk to lukewarm. Dissolve rennet tablets in cold water. Add to milk. Let stand in warm place until set. Pour into bag or colander. Remove curd. Break into small pieces. Moisten with cream. Season as desired with salt, pepper or paprika.
