CLAM LOAF

    Clam Loaf

    1 can clams, minced
    1 or 2 eggs
    1 pound. ground pork sausage
    1 cup soda cracker crumbs
    Salt and pepper

    Drain clams, then mince. Form all ingredients into a loaf and bake in a loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.

    Serve hot or cold.
