1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1 1/2 pounds tortellini (any flavor desired), cooked and drained
1 cup red roasted peppers, well drained and cut into thin strips
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Combine dressing, cooked tortellini and peppers in a nonstick skillet. Heat thoroughly. Chill. Just before serving, garnish with Parmesan cheese.
Makes about 4 servings.
