1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (3 ounce) box Jell-O (flavor desired)
1 pint whipping cream
Boil pineapple, water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add Jell-O. Stir well. Set aside; let cool until starting to gel.
Beat 1 pint of whipping cream until stiff; stir in the Jell-O mixture. Ice your angel food cake.
