1 ground orange
4 cups granulated sugar
1 small box orange Jell-O
4 cups mashed peaches
1 (4 to 6 ounce) bottle maraschino
cherries, chopped (with juice)
Combine all together except Jell-O. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O; stir thoroughly. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Makes 3 1/2 pints.
