Recipe for Rainbow In A Cloud


    Rainbow in a Cloud

    1 (3 ounce) box Jell-O, any flavor
    1 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup cold water
    1 (4 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and pour into an 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm, at least 3 hours.

    Cut gelatin into cubes. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the topping into each of 6 dessert glasses. Using back of spoon, make a depression in center of each and spread topping up side of glass. Spoon gelatin cubes into topping-lined glasses and chill.

    Makes 6 servings.
