2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 small box red colored Jell-O
1 small box green colored Jell-O
1 small box yellow colored Jell-O
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Chocolate syrup for garnish
Fresh fruit for garnish
4 1/2 cups boiling water
Prepare chocolate crust by mixing cookie crumbs with melted butter. Pat into bottom of square cake pan and refrigerate until crumbs set and form a crust.
Dissolve red Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Pour into loaf pan and chill until firm. Do the same with green and yellow Jell-O. You will be using three loaf pans.
When gelatins are firm, cut all three flavors into cubes. Pour cubes of Jell-O into the whipped cream and mix gently. Pour whipped cream mixture into chocolate cookie crust. Top with sliced fresh fruit and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
