4 chicken breasts, cooked and meat
removed from skin and bones
1 cup cream or half-and-half
4 canned jalapeno peppers
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
2 tablespoons butter, melted
8 slices cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Blend cream, jalapeno peppers, bouillon and butter.
Cut each chicken breast in half. Place halve chicken breasts in a buttered casserole. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot.
Add cheese slices and bake until cheese melts.
Serve with rice.
