SALSA MEAT LOAF

    Salsa Meat Loaf

    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1 1/4 cups tomato type salsa
    1 egg
    1 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Place meat mixture into an 8 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
