DUTCH MEAT LOAF

    Dutch Meat Loaf

    2 pounds ground beef
    1 egg
    Salt and pepper
    10 to 15 soda crackers, crushed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

    Mix all ingredients; form into loaf.

    Sauce
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 ounce) can water
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 tablespoons mustard

    Mix ingredients; pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

    Yields 8 servings.
