ORIENTAL MEAT LOAF

    Oriental Meat Loaf

    2 pounds ground beef
    1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, thinly sliced
    4 scallions and tops, chopped
    3 bread slices, finely shredded
    1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy sauce
    1 egg
    1 clove garlic, crushed

    Thoroughly combine all ingredients until blended. Lightly pack into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F 1 hour or until meat is thoroughly cooked.

    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
