PIE MEAT LOAF

    Pie Meat Loaf

    2 pounds ground beef
    2 cups soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 large onion, minced
    1 cup tomato catsup

    Combine all ingredients except 1 cup of bread crumbs. Pack into greased 9-inch pie pan. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

    Cut in wedges to serve.

    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
