NEVER FAIL PIE CRUST

    Never Fail Pie Crust

    3 cups sifted flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 cup shortening
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1/2 cup ice cold water

    Cut shortening into flour and salt until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Make into 3 balls. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

    Makes 3 crusts.
