CONGEALED TUNA SALAD

    Congealed Tuna Salad

    1 small box lemon gelatin
    3/4 cup hot water
    2 cups white tuna, flaked
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon onion juice
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 (2 ounce) can chopped pimento
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup hot water. Add remaining ingredients and mix; pour into an 8-inch square dish. Congeal in refrigerator.

    Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
