NEW YORK EGG CREAM

    New York Egg Cream

    1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
    6 ounces seltzer
    2 ounces light cream

    Mix chocolate syrup and light cream in a 12-ounce glass. Slowly fill the glass with 6 ounces of seltzer. The mixture will bubble up and produce a frothy layer of foam on top.
