    Pan-Ease

    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup flour
    1/3 cup vegetable shortening

    Put the three ingredients in a jar that has a lid. Mix together with a fork. The mixture will be lumpy.

    Use instead of any nonstick sprays for casseroles, frying, etc. Use for cakes, muffins, cookies, breads, etc. that need a greased surface. Food will just pop off. Just apply with a paper towel or fingers to surface of cooking utensil.

    Makes 1 cup. Store in the refrigerator.
