The recipe for this treat was shared with me by a co-worker in my office.
5 cups Corn Chex
5 cups Cheerios
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
10 ounces mini pretzels
1 pound Peanut M&Ms (for fun, use the
seasonal colors, as available)
1 package white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix cereals, peanuts, pretzels and M&Ms in very large bowl.
Carefully melt chocolate and oil. Stir to combine. Pour chocolate over cereal mixture and stir gently, but very quickly, to coat completely. May need to break apart large clumps as the snack cools. Store in airtight container.
