FAJITA MARINADE

    Fajita Marinade

    2 pounds skirt steaks (fajitas)
    3/4 cup Mexican lime juice
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

    Halve the skirt steaks lengthwise. Mix the remaining ingredients. Marinate skirt steaks for no more than 1 hour. Grill the skirt steaks slowly over mesquite.
