2 3/4 ounces chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup fat-free parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain.
In a saucepan, combine soup packet, milk, parmesan cheese, black pepper, turkey and noodles. Mix well. Cook until heated through.
