EGG DUTCH

    Egg Dutch

    4 eggs
    1 1/2 cups milk
    1 rounded tablespoon flour
    Salt, to taste

    Mix all ingredients. Fry until golden brown, turning occasionally until it's thick. Serve with Tomato Gravy.

    Serves 2 to 3.
